Terms and Conditions of Participation and Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“User”) and Synaperge in connection with any access to, or participation in, Synaperge’s services, events, programs, and materials, whether online or offline. By engaging with Synaperge in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all Users, including visitors, participants, volunteers, contributors, and affiliates who interact with Synaperge’s services or offerings.

2. Organizational Status and Legal Disclaimer

Synaperge is an independent, unregistered initiative operated for collaborative, educational, and innovation purposes. It is not formally incorporated as a nonprofit, business, or legal entity under any jurisdiction. All activities are conducted in good faith and are provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees.


Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the User’s own risk. Synaperge and its leadership disclaim any and all liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising out of participation in any capacity. The initiative assumes no responsibility for any consequence resulting from reliance on its materials, programming, or advice.

3. Eligibility and Participation

Synaperge activities are generally open to the public and not limited to students. However, specific events may have age requirements or participation restrictions. By participating, Users affirm they meet eligibility criteria and, where applicable, have obtained parental or guardian consent. Synaperge reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny participation at its sole discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

All Users must conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and mutual respect. Harassment, discrimination, plagiarism, or any disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal and may lead to permanent exclusion from all Synaperge-related activities.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content produced or hosted by Synaperge—including but not limited to logos, event materials, recordings, designs, and communications—is protected under intellectual property law and remains the property of Synaperge or its individual authors.\


Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or repurpose content without prior written consent from Synaperge or the respective rights holder.

6. User Contributions and Licensing

By voluntarily submitting content—such as presentations, articles, or projects—you grant Synaperge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or publish such content for educational and promotional purposes with appropriate attribution. This license is limited to non-commercial, good-faith outreach efforts and does not transfer ownership.

7. No Warranties

Synaperge makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or applicability of any content, programming, or advice offered. Use of materials and participation in activities is at your sole discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Synaperge and its organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its services, including but not limited to injury, data loss, or misapplication of information.

9. External Content and Links

Synaperge may provide links to third-party websites or resources. These are offered for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Synaperge assumes no responsibility for third-party content, practices, or security.

10. Modifications and Revisions

Synaperge reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued participation or use of Synaperge’s materials after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Principles

Although Synaperge is not a legally incorporated entity, it adheres to best practices in youth collaboration, educational engagement, and digital ethics. These Terms are intended to foster transparency, accountability, and mutual respect.
